The leadership journey is complex, challenging, invigorating, and exciting, but let's be honest, the leadership journey can also be quite lonely. As we continue to navigate, grow, and evolve in our leadership roles, we need the time and space to get to know our professional selves. To be still. To be reflective. Through the depth of introspection, I believe we can explore all the aspects that contribute to our leadership potential.

Our ability to think, reason, and problem solve encapsulates one of the most wondrous element of being human. Being committed to life-long learning in leadership supports us as we continue to evolve. Although I dedicated years in classrooms to study leadership, learning need not to be confined to a classroom. Learning is constant, and the commitment to life-long learning is one of the most profound commitments we can make to ourselves.
